Position Overview Enfinity Global seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee quality control and assurance for renewable energy projects, including Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Collaborating closely with the project teams and Site Manager, you will ensure that construction quality meets the highest standards and that quality processes are effectively executed throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Construction Quality Management Develop and implement tailored Quality Control Plans (QCPs) to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Carry out site inspections and closely monitor activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety requirements. Document and manage non-conformance issues (NCRs) while assisting in the development of corrective actions. Verify that all materials and equipment delivered to the site meet established specifications. Participate in regular quality meetings, maintaining proactive communication with contractors and site teams. Supplier & Material Quality Work alongside suppliers and subcontractors to address any quality-related issues. Assist with pre-dispatch inspections and factory acceptance tests (FAT) as necessary. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with pertinent Indian and international quality standards. Keep accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reports. Support third-party inspections and audits when required. Continuous Improvement Analyze recurring issues to propose actionable improvements. Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) initiatives. Stay informed about best practices in quality management and utilize digital tools for documentation. Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance roles within the construction sector, with a preference for renewable energy projects. B.Tech/BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality assurance processes. Strong grasp of site quality control protocols and documentation practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
