We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements: Pharmacist license in the state of practice (California) required.All state-level licensures and certifications needed to fulfill Pharmacist duties required.Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent required.Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent required.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent required.Retail pharmacy experience required per client request.Graduate of a school of pharmacy required. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.One year technical experience preferred.Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital.Shift: Days.Schedule: 5x8 (five 8-hour shifts per week).Position responsibilities: Verify and fill medication orders, monitor medication therapies, provide drug information, identify and troubleshoot medication safety hazards, document interactions, and supervise support personnel.Location-specific requirement: Retail pharmacy experience needed for this hospital role.
