Job Description:
Position Title: Lease AdministratorLocation: McLean, VA (Hybrid - onsite 5 days/week for first 90 days, then 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)Assignment type: Permanent HireCompensation: $75,000 - $85,000 + discretionary bonus potentialWork Schedule: M-F 9-5Benefits: This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)Key Responsibilities:Review and abstract commercial lease agreements and amendments into lease management systemsInterpret financial and non-financial lease clauses including rent schedules, CAM charges, tax obligations, and insurance requirementsMaintain lease administration databases and ensure accuracy of lease recordsGenerate and post recurring monthly rental chargesCalculate and reconcile annual tenant operating expensesSupport budgeting processes related to rent and expense recoveriesRespond to tenant inquiries and assist with lease-related disputes or questionsCollaborate with internal departments regarding lease interpretation and property due diligenceMonitor lease activity from execution through expiration and renewal periodsEnsure deadlines and reporting requirements are met accurately and on timeQualifications:Minimum 3 years of lease administration experience within commercial real estateStrong understanding of commercial lease terminology and financial lease structuresExperience with lease management systems such as MRI or YardiAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilitiesAbility to prioritize multiple projects and meet time-sensitive deadlinesBachelor's degree preferredEEO Statement:Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
