Entity: Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center | Department: Radiology | Work Hours: 7a-730p | Weekend Requirements: As Needed | 0.9 FTEJob SummaryLeads team members for computed tomography area or function by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities.Job ResponsibilitiesServes as a positive role model for team members by working with them to promote teamwork and cooperation.Assists with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow, and promoting situational decision making/problem solving.Acts in a lead capacity to ensure patients are prepared and equipment is correctly adjusted for procedures; instructs patients and their families before, during and after procedure.Responsible for quality control testing, equipment maintenance, and trouble shooting.In charge of inventory and ordering supplies.Responsible for training, addressing deficiencies via PIP, and completion of competencies as required by JCO.Manages patient care assignments and manages workflow for the department.Identifies and establishes the correct conditions the correct conditions that affect safety and patient satisfaction; upholds safety standards.Organizational ResponsibilitiesAdheres to all organizational policies and procedures.
