SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR - FULL TIME (IN PERSON)Madison + Mallory | Tuscaloosa, ALWe are a fast-growing online boutique seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our in-person team.This is a long-term, full-time position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is looking to grow within a collaborative team. This is not a temporary, seasonal, or transitional role.You will work closely with our current Social Media Coordinator and content team to plan, execute, and manage day-to-day social media content and operations.We are specifically looking for someone who is fully available for a Monday-Friday, 40-hour work week and is planning to remain in the Tuscaloosa area.What You'll DoPlan and execute daily social media content across Instagram and TikTokTake raw content from our content creators and turn it into polished, on-brand postsEdit photos using Lightroom and design content using CanvaEdit video content using tools like CapCut (or similar)Assist with styling, organizing, and executing photoshoots and content daysHelp coordinate new arrivals, content schedules, and posting timelinesUpload and publish content across all platforms while maintaining brand consistencyWork closely with our Social Media Coordinator to keep content flowing dailyWhat We're Looking ForSomeone available for a full-time, in-person schedule (Monday-Friday, 9-5)Someone seeking a long-term position, not something short-term or temporaryExperience with Lightroom, Canva, and video editing tools (CapCut or similar)Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current content trendsComfortable on cameraHighly organized and able to manage multiple pieces of content at onceA self-starter who can take direction and execute without constant oversightReliable, punctual, and consistentImportant NotesThis is an in-person role only.
