Maintenance Manager:Turlock, CA $120,000-$135,000 base salary plus bonusSummary:Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all plant maintenance operations and collaborate cross-functionally to reduce unplanned downtime and drive continuous improvement. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient, safe, and high-performing production within a complex food manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead, organize, and oversee the day-to-day activities of a maintenance team across multiple shiftsDevelop team capabilities through ongoing training, coaching, and performance managementPromote and enforce a strong safety culture with the goal of zero workplace injuriesDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, cost control, and team developmentEnsure full utilization and compliance with corporate asset maintenance management systemsOversee execution of maintenance work orders to meet high standards of safety, food quality, engineering integrity, and environmental complianceImplement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptimeLeverage predictive maintenance tools to proactively plan and minimize operational disruptionsPartner with Production, Quality, Food Safety, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesManage maintenance budgets and control repair and maintenance costs in alignment with annual operating plansEnsure equipment reliability and compliance with all regulatory and operational requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experienceAt least 5 years of maintenance leadership experience within a food and beverage manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of food processing equipment and maintenance best practicesWorking knowledge of food safety standards, including SQF requirementsExperience managing ammonia refrigeration systems and compliance programs such as CalARP and RMPFamiliarity with HazMat, SPCC, and environmental regulatory requirementsUnderstanding of plant automation and PLC systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think criticallyEffective communicator with a service-oriented leadership approachSolid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and operational cost driversFlexibility to work any shift as needed
