The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision, articulating the mission, and managing the implementation of high-quality, evidence-based programs to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. This role involves general management and leadership, including organizational and team management, as well as financial oversight and resource development. The Executive Director will also be at the forefront of advocacy, external relations, and fundraising, and must be adept at building and maintaining positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in social services or humanitarian assistance, with a strong preference for those with a background in direct service delivery in cross-cultural environments. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in staff management, program development, and advocacy, as well as significant experience in fundraising and grant writing. The ideal candidate will possess authentic leadership qualities, be adept at financial management, and have superior organizational and interpersonal skills. A degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree being preferred.
