Description: As a SONIC Drive-In Team Member, your main goal is to deliver a SuperSONIC experience to every guest by: Providing a warm, friendly, and quick service to all customers. Becoming a menu expert and assisting SONIC customers with their customizable options. Taking charge of customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and ensuring they leave happy. Upholding SONIC's safety and cleanliness standards. Requirements: To succeed in this role, applicants should meet the following qualifications: A contagious positive attitude, as you will be a SONIC Brand Ambassador! The ability to stay calm and composed during busy or challenging times. A resilient spirit that embraces learning from mistakes and bouncing back. Effective communication skills along with basic math and reading abilities. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
