Custom Applicator - Equipment Operations

Join our dynamic team as a Custom Applicator, where you will utilize cutting-edge equipment to ensure precise application of agronomy products tailored to our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional custom application of agronomy products with accuracy. Efficiently operate advanced application machinery. Timely completion of all required documentation. Maintain excellent customer relations while providing services. Adhere to federal and state Department of Transportation regulations, striving for top-notch Comprehensive Safety Analysis (CSA) scores. Follow all company safety procedures and perform tasks safely, while observing traffic laws and OSHA regulations. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting maintenance issues to your supervisor. Keep equipment clean and operational at all times. Represent both yourself and our company, CFS, with professionalism and integrity. Work independently, making decisions and following instructions with minimal supervision. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisor or management. Qualifications and Certifications: Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with hazmat and tanker endorsements; assistance provided for obtaining necessary licenses. Maintain required DOT medical certification. Adhere to insurability requirements in line with property and casualty insurance standards; maintain an acceptable driving record. Hold a commercial applicator's license, with support available for obtaining this license. Work Environment: Expect exposure to varying outdoor temperatures and some bouncing or jolting. Candidates should be prepared to work extended hours. Physical Requirements: Able to lift and carry between 25 to 80 pounds; climb ladders and steps; reach at various levels; operate around moving machinery; possess full use of arms, hands, and legs; demonstrate good finger dexterity; and be capable of twisting motions.
