This role will be responsible for leading programs from concept through launch while working cross-functionally to ensure timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.Keep reading for more details!What's in it for you:Competitive salary based on experienceDirect hire opportunityMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysOpportunity to work on high-visibility automotive programsCollaborative, team-oriented environmentWhat your day will look like:Lead and manage multiple programs from initial concept through production launchCoordinate and drive the APQP process, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are metDevelop and maintain detailed project timelines and resource plansEvaluate feasibility of new program opportunities and support early-stage planningCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, production, and external partnersAct as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring all technical and program requirements are achievedPrepare and manage documentation including PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, and work instructionsMonitor program performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to stay on trackDrive continuous improvement initiatives across programsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical or Chemical preferred)5+ years of experience in program management within automotive manufacturingStrong understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and IATF 16949 standardsExperience working with manufacturing processes such as tooling, molding, finishing, or similar production environmentsAbility to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced settingStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar)Experience with data analysis and program reporting At Apex, we actively encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
