Agronomy Intern

Job objective: The agronomy intern will be responsible for assisting, coordinating and execution of all agronomy related activities designated by their supervisor to provide NuWay-K&H Cooperative's products and services in the most efficient and professional manner to increase NuWay-K&H Cooperative's brand market share and company profitability. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Actively participate in day-to-day operations as assigned by the supervisor. General services such as soil, tissue and nitrate sampling. Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulation agencies. Comply with NuWay-K&H Cooperative's safety policies. Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the cooperative's brands via ethical activities and intellectual property management. Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training. Attend all training sessions required by law and NuWay-K&H Cooperative Perform other duties and responsibilities as appropriate and assigned. Dependable and hardworking Good communication skills Willingness to learn Ability to obtain all other certifications and training required by NuWay-K&H Cooperative Must possess ability to physically perform duties required to accomplish job responsibilities
