This travel opportunity is looking for a skilled CT technologist to support a fast-paced imaging department equipped with advanced technology, including a Philips 128-slice primary CT scanner and backup systems. You will perform a wide range of adult and pediatric CT studies, including strokes, STEMI, trauma, abdominal pain, head injuries, kidney stones, and CTA scans. The role includes covering after-hours x-ray shifts when needed and working closely with a dedicated team that values collaboration and high-quality patient care. Qualifications and Desired Experience Current ARRT (R) certification with CT specialty (ARRT (CT)) and CME requirements met BLS certification Radiation badge required Experience working with adults and pediatric patients in CT imaging Proficiency using PACS and CRTIS systems Ability to work independently with minimal radiologist onsite support Strong communication and teamwork skills Must adhere to Radius Rule: cannot have been employed full-time, part-time, or PRN by any CommonSpirit facility within the past 12 months Location Trenton, North Dakota, offers a welcoming community with access to natural beauty and small-town charm. Responsibilities and Duties Perform high-quality CT imaging for a variety of clinical presentations Manage patient schedules for a high volume of outpatient CT exams Monday through Friday (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Cover after-hours x-ray from 11:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., as needed Participate in team scheduling with 12-hour shifts (7 a.m.-7 p.m. or 7 p.m.-7 a.m.) Complete a three-shift orientation tailored to this department's workflow and equipment Ensure compliance with safety and radiation regulations Additional Details Variable weekend and holiday requirements (holiday every other) No clinical involvement beyond imaging duties Travel assignment with an initial requirement for remote time off upfront; no additional RTO approvals will be granted Experienced travelers often extend their assignments owing to positive work environment and team dynamics This assignment is ideal for technologists ready to take on diverse clinical cases with state-of-the-art imaging equipment within a supportive team atmosphere.
