Administer oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, ventilator management, and other respiratory interventions. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Role Qualifications: Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) in Montana or ability to obtain. BLS and ACLS certification is required. Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
