Precision is widely known as the leading comfort specialist committed to honesty, integrity, and delivering exceptional care from the customer's point of view, including emergency services 24/7 - 365.Why join us?Growing companyGreat cultureJob DetailsWhat You'll Be Responsible For Manage HVAC & plumbing construction projects from start to finish Build and maintain project schedules Coordinate with builders, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams Review plans, specs, and contracts for accuracy Track job progress, budgets, and labor performance Conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety Work with estimating and operations to maintain job margins Act as the main point of contact between field teams and builders What Success Looks Like Projects completed on time and on budget Clear, proactive communication Well-coordinated jobs Strong alignment between field, office, and scheduling What We're Looking For Experience in construction project management (HVAC/plumbing preferred) Strong scheduling and coordination skills Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Solid understanding of budgets, job costing, and project flow Ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong communication with both field teams and clients Experience with construction software (ServiceTitan is a plus)Interested in hearing more?
