Job Description:
LHH is seeking a driven and detail-oriented full-cycle Recruiter to join our client's team on a temporary-to-hire basis in Towson, MD. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on hiring high-caliber professional services talent (e.g., legal support staff, finance, HR, marketing, IT). The ideal candidate has prior experience recruiting within a law firm or professional services environment and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboardingPartner closely with hiring managers and practice group leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategiesSource qualified candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networkingEnsure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment processMaintain and track candidate activity using the firm's applicant tracking system (ATS)Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practicesCoordinate interviews and feedback loops efficiently across multiple stakeholdersSupport employer branding initiatives and diversity recruiting effortsMaintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and firm policiesQualifications3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environmentProven ability to recruit for a variety of roles including administrative, operational, and specialized professional staffStrong understanding of recruiting best practices and employment lawsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyExperience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience recruiting within a legal or partnership-driven environmentFamiliarity with professional services compensation structuresExperience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiativesBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
