We offer benefits, paid time off, paid holidays and 401k after a probationary time.Position Details:Position Type: Full TimeJob Location: Towanda, PACompensation: $19.00/ per hourBenefits: Paid time off, paid holidays and health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and Life InsuranceSchedule: 12-hour rotating swing shiftEssential Duties/Responsibilities:Perform all elements of running a slitterTransport wide stock that weigh 1000lbs on beam racksCleaning the slitter and threading upSetting clutches and positioning knivesUnloading finished product rolls that weigh from 8-50 spect film for defectsSlit rolls are placed onto buggiesBuggies are pushed/pulled to packaging areaPerforming all elements of packagingConsistently lifting finished product rolls weighing 8 – 50 lbs.Wrapping slit rolls in a polyethylene sheeting or sleevesPlacing 1 to 4 rolls into a casePalletizing cases up to 5 highTransporting these pallets into the shipping area using a pallet jackRequirements:High School Diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferredMust be able to wear cleanroom suit & hood for 12 hours of labor.Must be able to learn significant manufacturing knowledge for several slitters and the pack line.Must be willing to work in team environment.Must have a flexible attitude towards business needs requiring overtime or transforming to different areas on the plant.Must be able to complete a background check, drug test, and physical successfullyOn-Board was founded in 1976 by Robert L.
