Ensure the security and maintenance of store systems. Review transaction journals and manage cash control. Implement shrink initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards. Recruit, train, and develop staff for all front-end roles. Manage payroll and productivity goals for your department. Enhance customer satisfaction through superior service. Coordinate community and store events. Analyze and optimize operational processes for cost savings. Handle customer complaints effectively, following company standards.
