Test Technician – Fluid Power

Our client, a precision manufacturing and fluid‑power solutions organization, is seeking a Test Technician – Fluid Power to join their team. As a Test Technician – Fluid Power, you will be part of the Operations department supporting Production and Test Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, self‑motivation, and sound decision‑making skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Test Technician – Fluid Power Location: Torrance, CA Pay Range: $35–$38/hr What’s the Job?  Perform high‑volume, repetitive testing of commercial and military hydraulic and pneumatic high‑pressure systems Troubleshoot test failures and document results accurately and consistently Study and record time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency and establish standard production rates Support second‑shift testing operations while maintaining safety and quality standards Assist with process improvements and may lead or direct the work of others as needed What’s Needed? Must be a U.S. Citizen High school diploma or equivalent with 4–6 years of relevant experience Previous testing and troubleshooting experience in manufacturing or fluid‑power environments Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make timely decisions with minimal supervision Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform hands‑on, repetitive testing tasks What’s in it for me?
