We are committed to making every type of property damage “Like it never even happened®!”Job Description: In this position you will be responding to assigned service calls following SERVPRO® production guidelines. On a daily basis you will be communicating with the Restoration Supervisor making sure all customer needs are met. Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse, vehicles, equipment, and office areas will be part of your daily routine as needed.What You’ll Do:Load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.Keep a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipmentPrepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging equipment for each projectCommunicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.Extract water, set up equipment, clean surfaces and perform demo for restoration projects.Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceUnderstand, follow and perform safety and risk management guidelines along with productions processes. Leave the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.Who you are:Strong verbal communication skillsHigh school diploma/GEDIICRC certifications are a plusExperience in cleaning/restoration is a plusExperience working with iPad/smart phone type of device a plusGood fit for those with carpet cleaning, construction, lawn care, pest control, and general labor experienceAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistanceExposure to chemicalsWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsAbility to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objectsBenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth, dental benefits and employee matching contribution programProfessional developmentFull Time, Mon-Fri, Core Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
