Welcome to Maine School Administrative District #75 (MSAD 75) Serving Maine's Midcoast communities of Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Harpswell, and Topsham, MSAD 75 is home to over 2,350 students and more than 600 faculty and staff members. MSAD #75 is seeking a passionate and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year and provide comprehensive psychological services to students in grades K-12. Located in the beautiful state of Maine, our district is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in promoting the well-being of our students through assessment, intervention, consultation, and collaboration. You will work closely with students, families, teachers, administrators, and other support staff to identify and address barriers to learning and development. Position: 2026-2027 School Year, begins August 2026Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Interpret assessment results and prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive written reports. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of effective goals and interventions for students with disabilities. Support district initiatives including Multi Tiered Systems of Support and Inclusive Practices Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and support the development of Positive Behavior Intervention Plans for students with challenging behaviors. Stay current on relevant research, best practices, and legal and ethical guidelines in the field of school psychology. Maintain accurate and confidential student records. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Special Education. Requirements: Valid State of Maine Department of Education School Psychologist (093) Certification.
