Key Responsibilities: Engage and recruit teens for participation in the CIELO study Administer assessments and ensure accurate data collection during surveys Participate in training sessions and adhere to study protocols and ethical guidelines Required Qualifications: High School Diploma and three years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and training Bilingual in English/Spanish Comfortable engaging with diverse populations and establishing rapport Basic computer skills and proficiency in using multiple browsers Ability to work independently and manage flexible hours
