Key Responsibilities Manage the full payroll cycle for a biweekly pay schedule across multiple states Collaborate with ADP Workforce Now for tax payments, filings, and audits Administer payroll tax accounts and ensure compliance across 46 states Required Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience managing multi-state payroll processes Proven ability to manage payroll for large employee groups, preferably over 500 Strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance and manual tax filings Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience Expertise in Workday and ADP Workforce Now systems
