We diligently pursue our mission to be the health resource of choice for the community and provide a place where doctors want to practice, people want to work, and the community wants to come for healthcare services.Currently we are looking to fill the vital role of Mammography Technologist.Job Summary:Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs Mammography procedures at appropriate technical levelPerforms a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosisAssumes responsibility for the designated areas and/or procedures as requiredRecognizes the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one, and to put forth the utmost quality as a TechnologistQualifications:Posses a diploma from an AMA approved school of Radiologic TechnologyMinimum two years of experience in a hospital or medically related environmentMust be able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are givenMust be emotionally mature and able to function under stressARRT Certification in Radiologic Technology, MammographyBLS certification with in 30 days of hire Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
