Job Overview: In this key role, the Pharmacist I is responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care to all patient age groups, including geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric, and neonatal patients. The Pharmacist I will prepare, dispense, and monitor both the prescribing and effectiveness of all medications and IV admixtures while exercising considerable independent decision-making ability.
