Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.Documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred.Client requires a 13-week contract availability (VMS Contract Weeks: 13).
