The team is known for a compassionate, patient-first approach and close collaboration across departments.Position Overview:ENT Physicians, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist to join their growing team. Audiologists at ENT Physicians, Inc. provide care in alignment with best practices and established medical protocols, while collaborating closely with physicians.Each audiologist has their own sound booth and is trusted to manage audiological evaluations, diagnostics, and hearing aid fittings with independence in their scope of practice.This is an excellent opportunity for an Audiologist who values teamwork, patient-focused care, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluationsPerform hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, verification, and ongoing follow-up care.Counsel and educate patients and families on hearing loss, hearing aid use, and communication strategiesCollaborate with ENT physicians and other clinical staff to support coordinated, patient-centered care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and practice standards.Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in audiologyParticipate in ongoing practice initiatives that support quality, growth, and patient satisfactionRequirementsDoctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's degree in Audiology from an accredited programCurrent Ohio Audiology License (or ability to obtain)Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and familiesCommitment to best practices in audiology and patient-first careAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary teamBenefitsSalary Plus Bonus Potential ($90,000-$100,000)Comprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)Generous Paid-Time OffRetirement PlanCEU Licensure
