Treasury Analyst

Our client, a well-established global manufacturer, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its finance team in the Toledo area. This is a strong opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys cash management, forecasting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.In this role, the Treasury Analyst will support daily treasury operations, help maintain internal controls, contribute to cash flow forecasting, and assist with ERP/SAP-related process enhancements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with finance, accounting, and operations teams.Key Responsibilities:Monitor daily cash flow activity and help ensure adequate liquidity for ongoing operationsPrepare and update short- and long-term cash flow forecastsSupport treasury internal controls and compliance with company policiesAssist with ERP/SAP treasury enhancements, testing, and process documentationPrepare treasury reporting, including cash positions, forecasts, and variance analysisPartner with operations and internal teams to ensure accurate treasury data flowIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvements and automationSupport audit requests and maintain accurate treasury documentationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or accountingKnowledge of cash flow management and treasury operationsExperience with ERP or financial systems; SAP experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Background:Experience in manufacturing or automotive environmentsExposure to system enhancements or implementationsBilingual Korean/English is a plusAbility to travel occasionally, as needed
