We will be the most trusted health partner for life. **$2,500 Sign-On Bonus** **Hours:** + 7:30am-4:00pm; hours can vary + .9FTE; 36 hours per week + Monday-Friday + Rotating Saturday coverage as needed shared among team + Primary Location: Tinley Park, LUMC and Satellite locations as needed + Requires Screening, Diagnostic & procedures to be performed. + Area: Outpatient Women's Health-Mammo **About the Job** The Mammography Technologist performs mammography exams to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions, along with related clerical and service duties. **What You'll Do** + Perform mammography exams following protocol while ensuring patient safety and minimizing radiation exposure. + Prepare equipment and supplies and complete daily tasks to maintain a safe environment. + Maintain required licensure and continuing education. + Complete and document all QA testing per ACR and MQSA standards. + Communicate effectively with radiology staff, patients, and Medical Center teams to support smooth workflow. **Here is what you will need** **Required** + **Specific Degree(s):** Mammography, Radiologic Technology + 1-2 years of previous job-related experience + Associate Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education **Licensure/Certifications** **Required** + American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) + CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) American Heart Association (AHA) only + Registered Radiographic Technologist + Registered Radiographic Technologist (Mammography) **Preferred** **Additional Requirements** + Must maintain at least **15 Category 1 CEUs mammography** -specific continuing education every **36 months** . + Must perform at least **200 mammography exams** within a **24‑month** period. + Must complete **40 hours of initial mammography training** . + Must perform **25 supervised mammography exams** under an **MQSA‑qualified** individual. **Perks & Benefits** + Benefits from Day One (Medical and Dental) + Daily Pay (NEW) + Competitive Shift Differentials + Career Development + Tuition Reimbursement + Participation in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program + 403(b) with Employer Match + On Site Fitness Center (Gottlieb Memorial Hospital & LUMC) + Referral Rewards + Perks Program Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor an employment visa for this position.
