Your Shift Hours: 7 am - 4 pm Days: Monday - Friday (choose your shifts in the app) Pay: $18/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay options available) Location: Americold, Chillicothe, MO Work Environment: Work in a cold storage environment with temperatures as low as -15 degrees. Repackers typically work in ambient warehouse temperatures around 40 degrees. (Warm clothing is required.) What You'll Do As a key player in ensuring smooth operations, you will: Set up equipment before each shift and perform quality checks on products. Maintain product flow on the line, managing components and finished goods. Clear and organize your workspace, including disposing of cardboard and plastic, and completing other assigned tasks. What We're Looking For: Previous warehouse or production experience preferred, with strong teamwork and communication skills. Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety protocols and work instructions. A capability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
