Location: Remote - Thousand Oaks, CAEmployment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)Contract Length: 12 monthsCompensation: $55/$61 per hour (based on experience)Summary of the RoleJoin a global Raw Materials and Device (RMD) Supply Chain team at a big biopharma leader, supporting the network-wide raw material inventory strategy and analytics. This role is responsible for enhancing and monitoring RMD KPIs, driving supply planning cycles, supporting cross-functional projects, and providing key insights to senior leadership. The position requires frequent collaboration across various supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and process development functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in SAP ERP, rapid response with raw material planning, and advanced data analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesLead raw material inventory strategy and analytics across the supply chain networkEnhance and monitor RMD KPIs to support sustainable supply and supplier relationshipsDrive and facilitate forums and leadership decision-making on materials impacting supply allocationsLead and participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projectsDevelop and maintain system-based analytics for raw material master data and supply forecastingCollaborate with procurement, external supply, manufacturing, quality, and process development teamsManage inventory health and oversee dashboards for scrap and target inventory across the networkDocument issues, decisions, and action items from team meetings and project sessionsSupport capacity projects, scrap reduction efforts, and supply chain sustainability initiativesFacilitate workshops, kaizen events, and provide project support for the Director of Supply ChainRequired Experience & SkillsStrong technical and business understanding of SAP ERP and rapid response in raw material planningExpertise in Supply Chain & Operations processesProficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, and DatabricksDemonstrated experience in leading complex, cross-functional supply chain projectsAbility to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-domain teamsPreferred QualificationsPrevious or current experience as a Supply Chain ManagerExperience supporting global supply chain teams in a regulated industryTop 3 Must Have Skills1.
