Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Outpatient experience required, including evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal and post-operative patients.Experience performing 60-minute initial evaluations and delivering one-on-one treatment sessions.Documentation competency in electronic medical records, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, quality indicator assessments, and charge entry.Ability to develop and modify individualized treatment plans and to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.Adherence to state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure and required continuing education.Preferred: experience precepting students or participating in student clinical education. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient.Duration: 13 week assignment.Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.Clinical Duty: 60-minute evaluations plus treatment sessions.Number of Open Positions: 2 positions available.
