Part Warehouse Associate

About the Role Platinum Ford is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Associate to join our Parts Department. This position plays a critical role in keeping our technicians and advisors supplied with the right parts by managing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring accurate receiving and stocking. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments Accurately stock parts in the warehouse and maintain organization Pick and deliver parts to service technicians quickly and accurately Maintain inventory control and assist with cycle counts Process returns, cores, and warranty parts according to dealership procedures Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Assist the Parts Counter team when needed Follow all dealership safety and inventory procedures Qualifications Previous warehouse or automotive parts experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for advancement within the dealership Stable, growing dealership environment Schedule Full-time position Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday coverage
