IT Systems Administrator (Technical Lead) Our Technical Support unit is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to serve as a technical lead for our hardware and software integration projects. In this role, you will be a critical member of our systems team, ensuring the stability of our complex information systems and providing essential mentoring to staff. This is an ideal role for a technical professional ready to take on project leadership and coaching responsibilities. Core Responsibilities: - Systems Administration: Manage and maintain Active Directory, Windows Server, VMWare, and Entra ID environments. - Microsoft 365 Integration: Oversee the implementation and daily support of Microsoft 365 products and cloud services. - Technical Assistance: Provide high-level troubleshooting and technical assistance for complex system issues. - Team Mentoring: Contribute to the growth of the team by coaching other staff members and sharing technical expertise. Required Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree + 4 years of experience OR 2 years of education + 6 years of experience. - Certification: Must hold at least one relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Administrator Associate). - Technical Experience:Proven experience with Windows Server OS and virtualization hypervisors. - Solid understanding of basic data networking (TCP/IP), storage technologies, and cloud hosting. - Track record of successfully supporting system integration projects.
