We're seeking a detail-oriented Food Quality Coordinator who is dedicated to upholding high standards of food quality and presentation. As a Food Quality Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring compliance with portion sizes, quality standards, and departmental policies. Maintaining a clean and organized work station throughout your shift. Accurately following prep sheets and recipes. Validating food quality and confirming the accuracy of orders. Monitoring food product levels during shifts and communicating needs effectively. Adhering to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) standards and understanding product rotation processes. Upholding high cleaning and sanitation standards at all times. Effectively communicating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Fostering teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues.
