JOB DESCRIPTION:This fast-paced, multi-faceted role supports development operations across the Tempe office and in coordination with the Milwaukee corporate headquarters. The successful candidate will bring exceptional communication skills, a real estate and/or legal background, and the organizational acumen to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, including direct support to the CEO when working from the Arizona office.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Development SupportAssist with contract administration, due diligence, transaction closing, entitlement applications, investment funding coordination, loan closings, lease proposals, marketing plans, and special projects.Prepare proposals, term sheets, letters of intent, correspondence, and other materials; maintain appointment schedules, meeting agendas, minutes, and travel arrangements for development leadership.Administrative and Executive SupportPrepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations; maintain audit trails and coordinate deliverables with the marketing team.Serve as the primary administrative liaison between the Arizona office and corporate headquarters across marketing, accounting, leasing, financing, and risk management functions.Provide direct support to executives when working from the Arizona office.Document and Contract ManagementPrepare and route contracts for approval; manage legal document originals, digital records, version control, and coordinate all RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with the marketing team.Maintain all development job files per the company Development File System and coordinate offsite archiving.Event PlanningPlan and execute company-sponsored events including groundbreakings, openings, and broker events within specified budgets, coordinating vendors and logistics.Additional ResponsibilitiesPerform other projects and duties as assigned by management in support of company objectives.QUALIFICATIONS:Three to five years of experience in an executive administrative, legal, or commercial real estate environment required.Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, legal studies, or a related field preferred.Expert business writing and composition skills with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with a high degree of professional discretion; demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information in compliance with company policy and confidentiality obligations.Familiarity with commercial real estate development processes and software systems strongly preferred.PHYSICAL & WORK CONDITIONS:Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; lift and move packages up to 10 to 15 pounds100% On-site role in our Phoenix area office with occasional adjusted hours for coverage, events, or operational needs.
