If you want to work for a company that is not only a household name, but also truly cares about satisfying customers' financial needs and helping people succeed financially, apply today.Contract Duration: 12+ MonthsRequired Skills & ExperienceDomain Expertise (Non-Negotiable)Proven experience in print, mail, or output services in a high-volume environmentStrong understanding of delivery, reconciliation, and operational controlsFamiliarity with print stream formats (AFP, PDF, XML, PCL)Experience with mail tracking, reprints, exception handling, and SLAsReconciliation & ControlsHands-on experience with document/file-level reconciliationKnowledge of control totals, audit trails, and SOX-related controlsAbility to design and document reconciliation logic and break-resolution workflowsTechnical & Data SkillsAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reconciliation modeling)Comfort validating data consistency across multiple systemsBusiness Analysis ExperienceSenior-level BA experience supporting Operations or regulated environmentsStrong documentation, process mapping, and requirements writing skillsExperience capturing exception flows and control requirementsPreferred / Nice-to-HaveMRDF (Mail Run Data File) experience (strong plus; submit immediately if present)Financial services or regulated industry experienceExperience with automated reconciliation or operational dashboardsBackground with vendor-managed print servicesWhat You Will Be DoingPrint, Mail & Output DeliveryAnalyze and document end-to-end print and mail processes, from upstream data through print, mail, and archivalSupport high-volume batch print operations including statements, letters, notices, and checksPartner with print vendors and/or in-house print teams to ensure SLA adherence and delivery accuracyIdentify operational risks such as mis-collation, remail exposure, and compliance gapsReconciliation & ControlsDesign, document, and validate document-level and file-level reconciliation processesEnsure expected vs. actual output reconciliation with clear break identification and resolution workflowsDefine control totals, audit trails, evidentiary artifacts, and aging logicSupport SOX-impacted and regulatory control environmentsCollaborate on automated vs. manual reconciliation strategiesBusiness Analysis & RequirementsProduce end-to-end functional and non-functional requirements that withstand audit and production realitiesEmbed control requirements directly into solution designsDocument exception handling, reprints, breaks, and failure scenarios (not just the happy path)Maintain traceability from regulatory or operational obligations to system behavior
