*Remote* Tax Manager in US

Position:Tax Manager -Salary:$90k to $150k depending on experience and qualificationsSchedule:Monday to Friday and Remote, Work from homeLocation:Tempe, Arizona - close to the airportResponsibilities:As a Tax Manager, you will provide guidance on the tax implications of business investments and transactions, oversee client engagements, and develop and implement tax"‘efficient structures for U.S. investments. You will direct and assist in the compliance aspects of U.S. tax for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, S"‘Corps, and individuals. Ensure tax filings comply with standards regarding property investments, income, and allocations. Provide technical tax expertise regarding tax"‘efficient structures and planning. Research and manage complex tax planning and compliance.
