Custodian I (Facilities)

The Public Works Department is hiring a part-time non-benefitted Custodian I in the Facilities Division. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the use of standard cleaning products and equipment and demonstrate the ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards with minimal supervision. This candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working a non-traditional schedule that includes late-night hours, weekends, holidays, and special events. A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment are essential to succeed in this role. Please Note: The anticipated work schedule is Wednesday-Sunday. DEFINITION - Under direct supervision, maintains the interior and exterior of City facilities to keep them in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
