In just 18 months, they've grown to a fully remote global team of ~13, trusted by leading newsletters and expanding into DTC and e-commerce growth.Your RoleThis is a Growth Creative Strategist role at the intersection of research, strategy, copy, and performance. You'll turn audience insights into ad concepts and briefs that designers/editors execute into top-performing assets"”and you'll help explain the "why" behind results to clients.Important: you're not responsible for launching campaigns or managing budgets"”but you do need Meta campaign fluency (metrics, creative performance signals, testing logic) so you can interpret results and guide next steps.You'll:Research audience motivations, objections, and behaviors across channelsDevelop conversion-focused creative strategies + ad anglesWrite hooks, scripts, and copy across formats (static, video, UGC, advertorial)Prepare detailed briefs for designers and editorsReview performance data (e.g., CTR, CVR, CPA/ROAS) and refine messaging/angles based on learningsCollaborate directly with the founder + creative team on campaign directionJoin client calls to present insights, creative rationale, and performance takeawaysYou Bring:A strong portfolio of high-performing direct-response ads with proven resultsExperience in DTC and/or e-commerce environmentsExceptional copywriting skills, with a sharp focus on hooks, benefits, and compelling CTAsStrategic thinking and a solid understanding of audience psychologyConfidence using data and KPIs to iterate and improve creative performanceClear, professional English communication skills (written and spoken)Working knowledge of Meta campaigns "” enough to confidently analyze performance and suggest what to test nextExperience in client-facing roles, with the ability to communicate insights, ideas, and performance clearlyBonus points:Newsletter growth exposureFamiliarity with Meta Ads Manager + Ad Library (for context and creative research)Remote, async-first collaboration comfortWhat you'll get:Fully remote, async-friendly culture with EST overlapCompetitive USD compensation (based on location & experience)Unlimited PTO aligned with U.S. normsHigh visibility + growth opportunities in a scaling agencyDirect impact on campaigns for leading creators and brandsApplication Deadline: May 20th, 2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
