Our mission is to deliver comprehensive medical care in a supportive and compassionate environment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Tarboro, NC, for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at a private family practice. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, conducting patient assessments and physical exams, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, and collaborating with healthcare team members. Additional duties include coordinating patient care plans and offering health education and counseling to patients and their families to promote healthier lifestyles.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.Knowledge of Finance and Accounting as it pertains to efficient practice management and resource allocation.Experience in Training and mentoring healthcare staff or teams to maintain high-quality patient care standards.Familiarity with Business Development strategies to help grow and improve practice operations and patient engagement.Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of North Carolina.Minimum of 2 years' experience in family medicine or primary care is preferred.Commitment to providing inclusive, equitable, and compassionate care to a diverse patient population.
