This role is focused on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and promoting our staffing services throughout the assigned territory.The ideal candidate is highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with high-volume outreach and in-person client engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesProactive Sales & Business DevelopmentConduct high-volume outbound sales calls to organizations not currently partnered with First TeamPromote First Team's brand and staffing solutions to prospective clientsIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within your territoryBuild rapport and expand contact networks within target organizationsSchedule meetings with prospective clients to present services and close businessGenerate qualified job orders aligned with company standardsCollaborate with recruiting teams by sharing candidate leads and market insightPerform daily outreach including employment platform advertising callsClient PresentationsConduct in-person or virtual presentations to prospective clientsAssess client needs and past experience with staffing agenciesDemonstrate the value of partnering with First TeamClose new business and secure job ordersMarketing & Territory DevelopmentPerform weekly marketing drop-offs to increase brand awarenessMaintain visibility and presence within your assigned territoryClient Relationship ManagementConduct regular customer service visits to existing clientsStrengthen partnerships and ensure high levels of satisfactionPosition First Team as a trusted business partner, not just a vendorPerformance Expectations200 proactive sales calls per week3 new business presentations per week25 marketing drop-offs per week2 customer service visits per weekQualificationsPrevious B2B sales experience required (staffing industry experience preferred)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage time effectively and meet activity goalsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetComfortable with high-volume outreach and face-to-face meetingsValid driver's license and reliable transportationBilingual (preferred)
