As an Account Executive, you will focus on the fast-paced brokerage aspect of our business. You will create and manage your individual book of business through constant communication with carriers and customers.What you'll be doing.Creatively self-generate leads and qualify prospectsExecute 60+ cold calls per day in order to build relationships with prospects and existing customersStay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate freight costs to customers and carriersManage freight movement and problem solve in real time by utilizing our proprietary TMS softwareProactively communicate when resolving issues and provide updates to customers and carriersWhat you'll bring to the table.Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a saleMental endurance.
