We believe that every patient has a unique story, and it is our responsibility to make every chapter better.Role:We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Inside Sales Specialist specializing in the Urological space to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate new PureWick business in their designated territory by fostering lasting relationships through calls, email and social media outreach with referral sources.Key Responsibilities:· Aligns work activities with the company's mission statement.· Outbound outreach using phone, email and social medial.· Provides education to referral sources such as Urology offices, Internal Medicine and Primary care offices, Geriatricians, home health agencies, and Hospitals· Participates in community events focused on PureWick education.· Consistently meets or exceeds monthly goals established by management.· Facilitates the delivery and collection of physician orders and medical records as needed.· Possesses a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.· Demonstrates basic proficiency with email, computer, and phone operations.· Maintains accurate monthly expense reports.· Monitors and tracks referral shipments.Expected Earnings:Base salary: $50,000; On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000-$150,000+ (OTE includes attainable commissions/bonuses) as well as health benefits
