Access to infusion services for biologic and advanced therapies Integrated pharmacy support to assist with medication management EPIC EMR for streamlined documentation and care coordination 100% outpatient setting with no inpatient responsibilities Growing patient demand and strong collaboration with primary careThis role allows you to focus on delivering high quality, patient centered care within a well supported, team based environment.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Rheumatologist to provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with rheumatic and autoimmune conditions.What You Will Do Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of rheumatologic conditions Develop individualized, evidence based treatment plans Prescribe and manage DMARDs, biologics, and advanced therapies Collaborate with primary care, APPs, and multidisciplinary teams Coordinate with infusion and pharmacy services for integrated care Support patient education and long term disease managementQualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution Completion of Rheumatology Fellowship Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology Eligible for Florida medical license and DEA New graduates encouraged to applyCompensation and Benefits Competitive base salary with productivity incentives Sign on bonus and relocation assistance NHSC Loan Repayment eligibility up to $75,000 with renewal options Medical, dental, and vision insurance low cost 401k with employer contribution after 12 months FTCA malpractice coverage with no premium Annual licensing stipend Generous PTO and paid holidays CME support and professional developmentWhy Tampa BayLive and work in one of Florida's most desirable coastal cities.
