Shipping, Receiving and Packaging Manager

OAI + Rainier by The Look Company, is a manufacturing organization with a long, established history.We're looking for a skilled Shipping, Receiving and Packaging Manager to lead our Shipping, Receiving, and Packaging teams. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, improve processes, and ensure products are packaged and delivered accurately and on time. You'll collaborate with teams across the company and help develop a strong, high-performing department.The ideal candidate will have/be: Prior experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a manufacturing/production environmentExperience in leading, training, and mentoring team membersKnowledge of inventory control, logistics, and shop-floor processesStrong communication, problem-solving, and process-improvement skillsAbility to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectivelyCustomer-focused mindset and willingness to collaborateCompensation:This is an hourly position, eligible for overtime.
