This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding Perform 2- or 3-way match Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies Prepare payments (ACH, check, credit card) Maintain organized AP files and assist with month-end Work with internal teams to resolve invoice/purchase questions Support reporting, audit requests, and AP process improvements Qualifications Accounts Payable or accounting support experience Strong attention to detail Excel proficiency (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) Experience with accounting systems Clear communication skills and customer-service mindset Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment EB-1150234164
