Unarmed Security Officer (Part-Time Nights) KRE Security, LLC is hiring dependable Unarmed Security Officers for a permanent part-time night assignment in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania. This is a stable, non-rotating post with a predictable schedule and clearly defined responsibilities. This role is ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income, retirees, students, or those looking for consistent weekend work. Pay: $17.00 per hour + $0.25/hour military & active-duty differential. Overtime pay available for hours worked over 40 per week. Schedule: Saturday-Sunday 2:30PM-10:30PM, Monday, Saturday-Sunday 10:30PM-6:30AM. Consistent weekly schedule. Permanent assignment. No rotating shifts. Responsibilities: Maintain a visible, professional security presence on site Conduct routine foot and mobile patrols Monitor access points, alarms, and site conditions Observe and report safety or security concerns Complete daily activity and incident reports using Belfry software Follow post orders, site policies, and standard operating procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and fellow officers Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Professional appearance and communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Must pass a background check Helpful experience (not required): Security, military service, law enforcement.
