If you have at least 4 years of experience specifically in employee relations, apply today!ResponsibilitiesEnsure all HR regulations and company policies are followed.Conduct new hire processing, onboarding, and orientation (both in-person and via Microsoft Teams).Coordinate new employee setup with Corporate IT.Assist managers by explaining policies and management expectations.Support division payroll: review, correct, and obtain approvals for employee timesheets.Process salary increases, bonuses, commissions, transfers, promotions, and terminations.Administer the workers' compensation process for the division.Assist with training staff and supporting employee HR/benefits inquiries.Maintain the division organizational chart.Conduct all business professionally and ethically, promoting company goodwill.Ability to work overtime and occasionally travel overnight.QualificationsRequiredAssociate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.3-4 years of related HR experience and/or training.Ability to manage confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.Strong verbal and written communication; ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.PreferredExperience with Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Teams.Ability to handle multiple demands, prioritize, and support managers effectively.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, sick/pto optionsPay: $55k-65k/year
