Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Lead and support daily assembly operations for compressor production on 2nd shift; Perform hands-on mechanical assembly of compressor components and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools; Ensure team members follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, safety rules, and PPE requirements; Support training and onboarding of new assemblers and reinforce proper assembly methods; Monitor quality during production by performing visual inspections and addressing assembly issues as they arise
