DescriptionWe are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to source quality products, prepare accurate quotes, and guide customers through the order process from start to finish. This role combines customer service, sales, and creativity, requiring someone who can design logos using Canva or Adobe, understand customer needs, and deliver cost-effective solutions. By maintaining excellence in service and support functions, you help create an inclusive, transparent, and compassionate work environment that enables Goodwill to provide life-changing opportunities.Primary Function:Under the direction of the Vice President of Support Services, the Products and Fulfillment Solutions (PFS) Associate is responsible for all product offerings and fulfillment solutions to the public and private sectors. Essential Functions:Research and source quality products that meet customer needs at the most cost-effective price.Prepare and submit product quotes and solutions for customer approval, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.Assist customers throughout the quote process by answering questions, clarifying product options, and providing alternative solutions as needed.Process approved work orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, packaging, and preparation for distribution or delivery.Track and resolve customer service issues related to product availability, order discrepancies, or delivery concerns in a timely and professional manner.Maintain detailed records of quotes, orders, approvals, and communications in accordance with internal procedures.Attend weekly or bi-weekly meetings with the Vice President of Support Services to review order trends, client feedback, and process improvements.Foster a positive work environment by modeling professional behavior and supporting healthy employee morale within the fulfillment petencies:Clear Communication*World Class Customer Service*Understanding Diverse Needs*Protecting the Brand*Handling Multiple TasksMath SkillsGood Judgment and DiscretionBasic Computer SkillsDependability Organized Work HabitsProblem-Solving SkillsRequirements:Strong communication skills (verbal and written)Self-motivated and detailed-oriented with a strong sense of quality customer serviceMust be able to set and reach goalsMust be a team player but recognize individual responsibilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Good work ethicMust be screened for verifiable disabilities when applicableMust provide any additional medical records needed when applicableQualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred1-3 years Customer Service (principles and practices experience)1-3 years Sales experiencePhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
